Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For shipment inquiries, include the tracking number when available. This helps us locate and review your purchase.

Damaged, incorrect or missing crystal suncatchers

Inspect your delivery promptly. If any crystal element, string, clasp or other included component arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.

• Your order number and a description of the issue.
• Clear photos or a short video of the product and affected components.
• Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label when possible.

Delivery, changes and returns

View estimated processing, U.S. transit times, tracking and lost-package support in our Shipping Policy. For returns, contact us first; please do not mail products to the registered business address without instructions.

For order cancellation or address correction requests, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch is underway.
