Payment methods available for your purchase are displayed at checkout. Options may vary based on location, currency, bank, device, order details and provider availability. We do not promise a method that does not appear at checkout.
Order total, taxes and shipping
Product prices, discounts, applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before you submit payment. Shipping methods and their fees are calculated or displayed at checkout. Check the order summary and delivery address carefully.
Payment authorization and verification
Payment authorization, identity verification and fraud-prevention checks may apply. Banks and payment providers may request additional verification, place temporary authorization holds or decline a payment. Such holds and their release times are controlled by the relevant financial institution.
Checkout security
Brgnova™ uses Shopify's store and checkout infrastructure together with applicable payment providers. Full card numbers and card security codes are processed by payment providers; we do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own store servers.
Successful and unsuccessful transactions
When checkout is completed successfully, an order confirmation is sent using the contact details provided. If a transaction fails, check with your payment provider before attempting repeated payments. Contact our support team if you believe you were charged twice.
Currency and conversion
Our store prices are displayed in the checkout's applicable currency. If your card uses a different currency, your card issuer may apply its own exchange rate or additional international processing fees. These are set by your provider.
Refund destination and timing
Approved refunds are normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days following approval. Your provider may need additional time to post the credit. Read the Return & Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
